The fruit from fresh coconuts is gently squeezed, yielding velvety smooth coconut cream, which we use as the base for our delicious product. We slowly culture the coconut milk with our live and active cultures, adding a small amount of organic coconut sugar to promote the growth of the friendly bacteria. This creates a wonderfully healthy and great tasting coconut delight! Our Coconut Milk Yogurt is non-dairy, perfect for those people with lactose intolerance. Free of preservatives, artificial colors and artificial flavorings.
