Meet Beth. She’s 80 and recently lost a total of 40 pounds. She also went non-dairy as a part of her weight loss plan.

Beth before

Beth has always loved her food! But as she’s gotten older and an increase in health issues, she knew she wanted to change and lose some weight.

Inspired by the “green diet”, her health conscious friends, and the motivation of upcoming travel for her 80th birthday “across the pond”,  she took up a more plant-based diet which included cutting out her favorite butter, ice cream and dairy treats. She went non-dairy!
